Privacy
Notemend lets teams pin comments on websites, have their coding agent fix them, and confirm the fixes. This page says what we keep to do that.
What we keep
- Your account: email address, name, nickname and photo if you add them, and how you sign in (Google, password or an emailed code). With Google we receive only your name, email and photo.
- Your work: the projects, teams and roles you create or are added to; the comments you pin, their replies, the page, width, device and browser they were written on, the page's recent errors and failed requests (with tokens and passwords masked), and the screenshots taken with them.
- Basic logs: when you sign in, kept by our providers to run and secure the service.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other sites. The bar on a site shows only to people in that project; visitors of the site are not tracked.
Who processes it
- Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage (EU).
- Vercel — hosting of the app.
- Resend — sending sign-in codes and notifications by email.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Your coding agent — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini or another, from its own provider — reads the comments of a project only when someone in that project runs it to fix them.
Who sees what
Comments and screenshots of a project are visible to the people in it — its team, members and clients — and to no one else. Notemend's operators can access accounts to provide support and keep the service safe.
Deleting your data
Settings → Account → Delete your account removes your account, your photo, and the projects and teams you own with their comments and screenshots. Or write to us and we will do it.
