Terms of service
By using Notemend you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is young; we will tell you before they change in a way that matters.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is done from your account, and for the people you add to your projects and teams.
Your content
The comments, screenshots and sites are yours. You give us only the rights needed to store and show them to the people in your project. Do not use Notemend for anything unlawful, or to upload what you have no right to share.
AI agents and your code
Fixes are made by the coding agent you choose — Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor or another — on your own computer, in your own repository, when you run it. Review every change before you ship it; Notemend is not responsible for code you accept.
Availability
We work to keep Notemend running and your data safe, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end the service with notice, and will let you export your threads first.
